8. Workflow orchestration
Workflows chain actions, approvals, notifications and status transitions into one business process.
1. Pick a definition
Under [Workflow], review the editable process templates; templates are version-managed.
2. Inspect run instances
Switch to [Run instances] to see each trigger’s status and per-node execution records.
3. Orchestrate the process
On the canvas, configure start/end nodes, conditional branches, action tasks, approval tasks and sub-workflows.
4. Run & debug
Save, publish and trigger the process; when a run fails, open the instance detail to see node states and errors.

Workflows orchestrate; actions commit. Don’t stuff bulk write-to-database logic into process nodes.
